We’re pleased to ship Chris Louis goods from Australia to customers throughout the United States.
US Shipping and Delivery
- Tracked international delivery: US orders are dispatched using tracked international post. Estimated delivery is 15–28 business days after dispatch. Customs processing and peak periods can cause delays outside our control.
- Shipping rates: Wallets, card cases, and selected small accessories currently receive tracked shipping for approximately USD $25. Eligible small-item orders receive free shipping when the checkout threshold is met, currently approximately USD $120. Handbags, travel bags, and other bulky items currently ship for approximately USD $45. The final rate is displayed at checkout and may vary slightly with currency conversion.
- Customs duties and import taxes: Orders are shipped from Australia using Australia Post. Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees assessed by US authorities are the customer’s responsibility and might be payable before delivery. These charges are not collected by Chris Louis at checkout.
- Tracking: Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Please allow time for tracking to update after the parcel enters the international postal network.
US Returns
We want you to feel confident ordering from Chris Louis. Our standard 60-day return policy applies to eligible US orders.
- Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: Contact us promptly at info@chrislouis.com.au with your order number and clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy. Nothing in this policy limits rights that can’t legally be excluded.
- Change-of-mind returns: Contact us within 60 days of delivery before sending an item back. Items must meet the eligibility requirements in our main refund policy. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for international return postage.
- Keep-and-credit option: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or store credit without requiring an international return. This option is discretionary and depends on the item and circumstances.
- Return approval: Please contact us before returning anything. We’ll provide the appropriate instructions and return address.
